If you purchase new hardware or reformat or replace your drive, you will no longer need a new key to maintain full features on your Jukebox. Simply install your most recent copy of mmsetup.exe and your license.mml file in your new PC. Copy the license file into the folder before you start the program. You will then need to go to Reinstall (Upgrade/Reinstall) to enter your key. For versions 2.2 and beyond, this key number will not change during new or re-installations.
If you ever need a new key, due to loss of the original file, simply download another version of the program and email us the serial number from the Upgrade/Purchase Full Version/Purchase by Phone page, and we will send you a new key via email. Requests should be sent to customer_service@musicmatch.com.
